Winnserv's Residential Team includes residential care workers and supervisors, while the Community Support Team provides staff for services based in the community. Program coordinators and a behaviour specialist are part of both teams. Volunteers provide administrative and fundraising support, as well as help to repair and restore Winnserv property. All members of the Board of Directors and Winnserv Foundation are also volunteers. In addition, Winnserv offers the opportunity for practicum students to gain valuable work experience, learn new skills and acquire references.
